Open Settings → Company Setup. Review the company record before adding dependent operational configuration.
What to verify
- Company name and contact information intended for operational use.
- Primary office and any additional office records your team needs.
- Address details, time zone, and other location-sensitive values shown in your setup.
- Which office should be treated as the default in your workflow.
Save the field or section you changed and confirm the value remains after reloading. If an office is referenced by active work, check the operational effect before replacing or removing it.
In Branding, the Legal column’s Terms and Conditions link is used only when your terms come from an external page. Otherwise the row shows “Not in use: customers see the terms written in Settings.” Use Open editor or Change to manage your terms in Settings → Reservations → Terms and Conditions, as described in terms and conditions.
Review company documents
The Documents section shows the company’s filed records, identifiers or authorities, expiration dates, and statuses. An older-form indicator means the document type changed after the record was filed.
Select Manage in Compliance to open document management filtered to the company. Add or update records there. Use Renew document for a renewal that should preserve the prior record, and Bring to current version when a record needs to meet the updated form. Ordinary Edit keeps the record under its original form.
A document appearing in this list does not by itself establish readiness. Review the company’s published requirements and outstanding actions in Compliance; the readiness guide explains how packs and document review affect the result.
Company insurance has its own pages under Compliance → Policies and Compliance → Certificates. Review coverage policies separately from certificates of insurance, and use the Replaced filter only when you need a replaced policy’s history. Keep company identity in Company Setup; website-specific contact overrides belong in Settings → Website → Site details.
