Review operational integrations

Identify integration responsibilities and use Settings → Website for booking embeds and allowed website access.

An integration joins OpenLimo to another service or network. The setup location depends on the connection and may be in Backoffice or Studio.

Before enabling one, identify the operational workflow, its owner, where credentials are managed, and a test with a clear success signal. Agree who will monitor failures and how the connection can be disabled.

Connect a website booking form

Open Settings → Website for the booking snippet and Allowed websites. Website embedding and API access use this shared list. Add the actual website origins that host the form, including a website builder’s frame origin if it wraps the snippet. Review any incomplete-setup message on existing entries.

Follow the Website setup guide to configure addresses and DNS, enable the form, and test the published booking flow.

Connect affiliate workflows

Use the affiliate and farm-out guide for partner references, assignment, and price review. Confirm the intended partner and reservation before sending a farm-out request.

Keep credentials in the product’s dedicated controls, outside general notes and public documentation.

Check webhook delivery

In Settings → Dispatch → Operations, configure an https webhook address when API access is available. Copy the signing secret when shown, keep it in the receiving integration’s secure configuration, and use Send test event to verify that receiver. Recent deliveries shows attempts, HTTP status and errors. Rotate a secret only when the receiving integration can be updated to match.

Website Chat AI settings can be visible while the platform reports Disabled by platform and Not live on your websites. That state does not provide a working chat launcher or live inbox.
