Backoffice brings company configuration, reservations, Dispatch, fleet resources, compliance, and finance work into one workspace. Studio is the separate workspace for zones, rate plans, and pricing investigation.
Use the right area
- Open Settings for company, operations, team, and payment configuration. Settings → Website brings addresses, Site details, DNS setup, and the embedded booking form together. Business → Billing holds finance rules; Reservations → Booking readback controls phone-booking review, and Reservations → Terms and Conditions holds the terms customers accept. Compliance sets document expiry and waiver rules, and Personal → Sounds holds your own notification sounds.
- Open Dispatch for reservations, assignment, trip status, and items needing attention.
- Open Fleet, Vehicles, or Drivers for operational resources and their document summaries.
- Open Compliance to review readiness, resolve document actions, manage requirement packs, and review insurance policies and certificates.
- Open Billing for Accounts Receivable (Invoices, Pro Forma, Payments, and Collections), Accounts Payable → Affiliate Settlements, Driver Pay, and Reports. On a booking’s Settlement tab, Payables shows the driver or affiliate obligation for that work.
- Follow the Pricing and Zones links into Studio when rate logic or service geography changes.
Before live use
Follow the initial setup checklist. Confirm company details, team access, fleet resources, compliance requirements, operations policies, payments, and pricing. If you offer online booking, test the published booking form on a phone as well as a desktop browser.
Menu visibility depends on your permissions. If a required area is missing, ask an administrator to review your role.
