Reproducible reporting
- Choose the report that matches the measure you need.
- Set the period, currency selection where shown, and visible filters deliberately.
- Record the time zone, filters, and generation time with any exported result. Download PDF on each report reflects the active period and filters.
- Compare unexpected totals with the underlying invoices, payouts, or trips.
- Restrict exported financial data to approved recipients and storage.
Two reports may answer different questions and legitimately show different totals. For example, Cash Flow counts only settled money movements, while the Overview’s receivable and payable figures include amounts owed whether or not cash has moved. Compare their scope before treating a difference as an error.
Compare like amounts
Reports such as Card Payments and Cash Flow provide currency selections when their results contain currency groups. Compare the selected currency with the currency on the underlying transaction or document. Driver earnings and driver balance displays use the company currency when a record has no currency of its own, including empty summary amounts.
In Card Payments, open a refund’s detail and review Transaction lifecycle to see its original charge when available. Use the transaction status and processing-fee context when reconciling captured, refunded, and net amounts.
