Sign in without a password
Passkeys, single sign-on, or an emailed code
Enter your email, then continue with a passkey, with Google or Microsoft where your company uses them, or with a 6-digit code sent by email. Passwords and the separate two-factor step are retired, and staff without a passkey are offered one after signing in. Sign-in is remembered on each device for up to 30 days.
Your organization’s sign-in policy
Each organization accepts any method, requires a passkey or single sign-on after the first code sign-in, or allows only a passkey or single sign-on. Organizations that previously required two-factor authentication now require a passkey or single sign-on. Contact OpenLimo Support to change your policy.
Invite people and resend sign-in help
Invitations open Set Up Your Sign-In, where the person creates a passkey or continues with emailed codes. Send sign-in instructions replaces password and MFA resets for team members, drivers, and customer logins.

Know where you’re signed in
OpenLimo emails you when your account signs in from a new browser or device. My Profile → Security → Sign-in methods opens your OpenLimo account, where you manage passkeys and linked accounts, review where you’re signed in, and sign out of other sessions.
Find and assign the right driver faster
See nearby drivers on the booking
The booking sidebar adds Nearby drivers, ranked by distance and ETA across your own drivers, Tier-1 affiliates, and all affiliates. Assign your own driver directly, or start a farm-out to an affiliate from its row. Other companies’ drivers are shown by operator name only.
Know who is ready before you assign
Assign driver shows each candidate as Online, Idle, Busy with an expected free time, or Offline, together with their vehicle type. Filter by group or vehicle type and compare candidates against the booked vehicle type.
Set vehicle-type fallbacks and assignment rules
Each vehicle type has a Fallbacks list that uses the hub default or your own ordered list. Assignment rules replace the Different vehicle type switch with Fallback vehicle type and Outside the fallback list, each set to Allow, Warn, or Block. Both start at Allow.
Follow driver presence on the map and in Fleet
Fleet → Drivers and the Dispatch map show whether each driver is available, on break, on a trip, or off duty, with connection and position age. Ending a shift from the map card now also takes the driver offline and isn’t available during an active ride.
More room for the board
Hide or show the Dispatch map, drag the sidebar to resize it, and keep that layout next time. The booking Details tab is reorganized into cards with the price breakdown.
Farm-outs and GNet trips you can rely on
When a farm-out offer expires or fails, the booking returns to Confirmed with a history entry so you can reassign it. Multi-stop GNet farm-ins keep their pickup and drop-off, farm-ins without a price are no longer turned away, and a received trip’s charge reflects the affiliate’s own total.
Send the right confirmations, terms, and policies
Choose who receives the confirmation
New bookings include a Confirmation email section for the passenger, booker, account contact, or another address, with opted-out customers marked. Saving a quote can send a quote offer with an accept link, and a rejected quote can’t be offered again.
Show the cancellation policy on every booking
The booking panel shows the applied cancellation policy and where it came from: rate plan, account, passenger, booker, or chosen for this booking. Staff can pick another policy from the plan when editing, and CRM accounts and passengers can carry a default policy.

Suggest a pickup time for departing flights
When the drop-off is an airport with a departing flight, the booking suggests a pickup time two hours before departure, less the drive time. Select Apply to use it.
Write and publish your terms and conditions
Settings → Reservations → Terms and Conditions lets you draft, preview, and publish versioned terms, or link to an external page. Published terms appear in customer checkout, the customer portal, confirmation emails, and booking readback. If you previously linked to terms on your website, choose External link or publish your terms so customers keep seeing them.
Run receivables, collections, and settlements in one place
A Billing menu in familiar terms
Billing is grouped into Accounts Receivable (Invoices, Pro Forma, Payments, and Collections) and Accounts Payable (Affiliate Settlements), with Driver Pay alongside. Statuses read Open, Void, Canceled, and Past Due, bank payments read ACH / Wire, and reports are grouped and renamed, such as A/R Aging and Card Payments.
Receive one payment across several invoices
Receive Payment applies a check, ACH, wire, cash, or other payment across a customer’s open invoices and pro formas, oldest first by default. A remainder becomes customer credit when overpayment is allowed, and credit can be applied later. Payments has its own register with edit and void.
Work past-due accounts from Collections
Collections lists past-due customers with the amount past due, oldest item, last contact, promise, and owner. Log calls, emails, texts, notes, and promises to pay, and send statements one at a time or in bulk. Invoices and pro formas add a Past due filter and a collection activity card.
Set payment, statement, and remit-to defaults
Settings → Business → Billing adds Payments, Collections, Customer statements, and Remit-to and payment instructions. Issued invoice and pro forma PDFs show Paid and Balance Due, plus payment instructions once remit-to details are set. Monthly statements start off.
See each customer’s billing position
The customer Billing tab, formerly Wallet & Billing, shows Balance Due, Past Due, Available Credit, and Last Payment, with the customer’s invoices, pro formas, and activity.

Settle affiliate work with fewer holds
New Settlement can include a completed or running farm-out without an agreed price; enter the amount, which is never prefilled. Payment Terms and Net Days are removed from affiliate profiles, and cash is no longer offered for affiliate work.
Protect billed trips
Once a trip is on an issued or paid invoice or pro forma, booking payments and card actions are refused with the document named. Driver settlements leave out trips already on another driver settlement.
Keep partner and compliance records easier to review
Set your compliance rules
Settings → Compliance sets the expiring-soon window, expiry grace, maximum waiver length, and verification rules. Compliance pages are renamed to Licenses & permits, Policies, and Certificates, lists add search and filters, and waivers show their end date.
Richer affiliate profiles
Affiliates add a Notes tab and can belong to several groups. GNet affiliates show a GNet Readiness card for both account numbers.
Manage your account from Profile
Sign in without a password
Studio uses the same sign-in as Backoffice: a passkey, Google or Microsoft, or an emailed code. The organization picker lists only your OpenLimo organizations.
Sign-in methods from Account Settings
Account Settings adds Security, where Sign-in methods → Manage opens your OpenLimo account to add or remove passkeys and linked Google or Microsoft accounts. The old password and MFA controls are removed.

Edit your display name
Edit and save your full name from Profile. It appears in every OpenLimo app you sign in to.

Separate driving from running the business
Both apps are reorganized into a Driver workspace for the day’s trips and an Admin workspace for company tools. Where iPhone and Android differ, the item says so.
Sign in with a passkey or an emailed code
Drivers enter their email, then use a passkey such as Face ID or fingerprint, or a 6-digit code sent by email. There is no password, and the Driver App doesn’t offer social sign-in. The iPhone sign-in screen is redesigned.
Switch between Driver and Admin
The header shows your company name and a Mode control. Driver keeps Today, Trips, your availability, Insights, and Profile; Admin opens Overview, Dispatch, Fleet, Payments, and Business according to your role.
- Use the Driver and Admin workspaces and review bookings Includes screenshots
Change availability from the navigation bar
Your status in the middle of the bottom bar opens your availability: Go online and Go offline, or Clock in, Start break, End break, and Clock out for companies that use timecards. Going offline waits until an active ride is complete; on iPhone you can queue Clock out for after the ride.

A calmer Today
Today leads with Needs attention and Your day. New booking is a button above the navigation bar, hidden during a ride. On iPhone, the ride in progress appears as a Current trip card whose menu holds the next ride action, navigation, and passenger contact.

Create a booking in three steps
New booking moves through Passenger, Journey, and Review. On iPhone, Save for review holds Save, Save and Book Continuing Trip, and Save and Book Return Trip, with Confirm booking for dispatch users. On Android, choose Create booking or More save options.
Import every address from a contact
Importing a contact opens Verify contact addresses with each of its addresses. Keep the contact’s Home, Work, or Other label or choose one, pick the matching address, then use or skip the selected addresses. When you choose an existing passenger, Review imported addresses can add the new addresses to that passenger.
Run the business from Admin
Overview shows today at a glance and what needs attention. Fleet manages drivers and vehicles, now with vehicle photos, and Payments lists the last 30 days of completed and no-show rides. Business holds company, pricing, customers and individuals with saved addresses, company locations, payment settings, and Sign out.
Credentials in Profile
Your license, medical card, and compliance documents are grouped under Credentials in Profile.
Know when dispatch ends your shift
If dispatch ends your shift, the app goes off duty right away and tells you. On iPhone, a Background Location Is Limited card appears when location sharing needs more permission, with Open Settings. On Android, the connection bar shows Reconnecting during an outage. Both apps hold a steadier connection while parked.

Code sign-in, clear terms, and live trip tracking
Sign in with a code
Customers enter their email and the 6-digit code we send; there is no password to remember. Signing in with a new email creates the customer’s account, and customers get an email from your company when their account signs in on a new device.
Track a trip live
My Bookings adds Track, which opens a trip page with the driver, vehicle, ETA, and the driver’s position on the map once they are on the way.
See the cancellation policy before booking
Vehicle choices and checkout show the cancellation policy that applies.
